The Executive Director will supervise 7 direct reports, 34 employees, 759 membership units, $483,000 budget 90,000 square foot facility.  Preferred candidates will have experience managing the day to day operations of a YMCA or similar organization.  Ideal candidates will demonstrate extensive accomplishments in membership engagement and retention, project management, program development and delivery, fundraising, staff leadership and volunteer development.  Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.

Education/Experience Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in related field is required; At least 2-4 years management experience, preferably in a YMCA of other nonprofit agency.  YMCA Multi-Team Leader Certification preferred (or within first two years of employment).  Experience with establishing collaborations with community organizations and history of strong program development required.

 Red Pines Staff: Fall 2017 (Must be at least 18)

The Red Pines Staff work under the direction of the Camp Director to provide hospitality, direction, and programming for Red Pines groups at YMCA Camp Hough. Programming may include boating, archery, nature study, arts and crafts, rock climbing, team building, and the low/high ropes course.

GENESEE COUNTY YMCA

Gymnastics Staff

All applicants must be 16 years or older. They must be have working knowledge of gymnastics and a passion to work with kids ages 1-15 years old.  Job duties include teaching/ assisting with various levels of Progressive Instructional Gymnastics Classes.
